THEN SEND AN Etransfer FOR THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT TO email@example.com
We will then activate your membership manually and email you your card.
*Coverage will be in effect as of the timestamp on your etransfer in our system
*PLEASE NOTE – When you click on PayPal at completion of the form, you will then be given the option to pay using either PayPal OR Credit Card.
*If you did not request a physical card and do not receive an email within a two days of sending the payment for your membership, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can correct it ASAP. (your insurance is still valid from time of payment)
