Family Memberships are designed for:
Parents and/or Guardians and their Junior children
Each family member will receive their own membership number and card by office staff
Membership expires on December 31 st of each year
Family membership will only be available to be purchased at the time of sign up or renewal, conversions from individual Junior Membership or Senior Membership will not be available.
Maximum of two (2) Seniors per family, minimum of three (3) people.
PAYPAL IS CURRENTLY NOT WORKING – TO PROCESS YOUR MEMBERSHIP PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM AS NORMAL, CLICK “submit and pay in Paypal” AT THE END OF THE FORM. AT THAT POINT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR APPLICATION FORM.
TO PROCESS PAYMENT SEND AN Etransfer FOR THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT TO Treasurer@islandhorsecouncil.ca . We will then activate your membership manually and email you your card.
*Coverage will be in effect as of the timestamp on your etransfer in our system assuming it was received in conjunction with a properly filled out form.
*If you did not request a physical card and do not receive an email within a day of processing your membership, Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can correct it ASAP. (your insurance is still valid from time of payment)
